🌈 Stories of SAMACE

I owe more than I can ever pay back. It feels like I'll never get out from under this.

The miracle didn't erase the debt overnight — it multiplied the little she already had until it was enough to cover it. He doesn't need the whole solution from you, just the one small jar you're actually holding.

The conversation

The child: “Daddy God, I owe more than I can ever pay back. It feels like I'll never get out from under this.”

God: “I know exactly how much. I've seen every number.”

The child: “Doesn't that scare You?”

God: “There was a widow once who owed so much her sons were about to be taken as payment. All she had left was one small jar of oil.”

The child: “That's it? One jar?”

God: “That's it. But I didn't need more than that to start with. I just needed her to bring every empty jar she could find.”

The child: “What happened?”

God: “The oil kept pouring. It didn't stop until every single jar she'd gathered was full.”

God: “The debt didn't disappear overnight. But the little she had multiplied until it was enough to cover every bit of it.”

The child: “So You don't need me to already have the answer?”

God: “I need you to bring me what you actually have. Even if it's small. Even if it's just one jar.”

The child: “I don't have much to bring.”

God: “Then bring the little. That's exactly where this kind of thing always starts.”

The child: “Okay. I'll stop hiding the jar.”

God: “Good. Let's see what it becomes.”

"Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest." 2 Kings 4:7, KJV
